SHIPPING RATES

Air Freight (Includes Customs Clearing):

USA SHIPMENT- $9.8 per kg (No clearing fee)

• UK to Nigeria – £6 per kg (No handling fee)

Address format: ZIKAEXPRESS – Your Name

• China to Nigeria – $10 per kg (No handling fee; price may fluctuate)

Address format: IYKEZIKA – Your Name

Minimum Charges:(this means Minimum shipment you can ship and how much your pay for them)

• 0–2 kg (USA): Flat rate of $25

• UK Flat Rate: 1 kg – ₦16,000

• China Minimum Shipment you can ship 10 kg

SHIPPING SCHEDULE

•  Shipments depart every Thursday (USA AND UK)

• Delivery timeline: 5–7 business days excluding holidays (start counting your ETA from Monday)

• Counting starts from the Monday after dispatch

• Warehouses are closed on Saturdays and Sundays: There is no one in the warehouse to receive goods weekends

if your goods get there by weekend, we re not liable for the loss..

IMPORTANT REQUIREMENTS

• Always declare high-value items:

– Above £200 (UK)

– Above $300 (USA/China)

Failure to declare results to invalidates claims.

• Send tracking number and purchase receipt once your item ships

Failure to do so voids liability.

•Address your parcel correctly exactly instructed

Incorrect addressing may lead to rejection or delays.

USA packages MUST be addressed as:

• Shipment confirmation from us takes 2–3 working days

Always confirm with us after delivery notification from courier.

• We are ONLY responsible for shipments confirmed AND HANDED  TO US, not by what courier companies says.

• Ensure packages are signed for upon delivery.

. Due to negligence of most delivery courier in the USA and UK, please make sure you confirm your shipment with us when your courier company sends you a delivery confirmation,

• We will not be held responsible if you don't confirm your shipment with us .
• Kindly refer to your seller or your parcel carrier incase your item was not received by us, we are only responsible for shipment that was confirmed by us, not the ones confirmed from the carrier or delivery company.
• We consolidate goods for a maximum of two weeks, after this period a demurrage charge of N300 per day will be added to your invoice daily

SPECIAL SHIPPING RULES FOR BATTERY AND GADGETS

-No shipment of gadgets from the UK.

–   For gadgets/electronics from the USA: Provide a valid international passport

– Your passport name must match the invoice presented.

• High-value items (phones, laptops, etc.):

– Send invoice immediately after shipment

• Additional charges apply for lithium batteries

(e.g., phones, laptops, cameras)

CHINA SHIPMENT  -MINIMUM KG -10KG -$10 PER KG

Please note that we don't hold shipment in our warehouse during holidays. Any goods left in the warehouse during this period will be dispatched for safety reasons.

SEA FREIGHT 

• Takes 2-3 months after sailing

AIR FREIGHT  from CHINA Takes 10-15 days business days

• Free consolidation for up to 2 weeks

• After 2 weeks: ₦300 per day demurrage fee

DELIVERY WITHIN NIGERIA

• Waybill costs are paid by the customer
