UK - £5.5 (No handling fee) ZIKAEXPRESS-YOURNAME 

CHINA -$9 PER KG ( NO HANDLING FEE,PRICE NOT STABLE  IYKEZIKA-YOURNAME 

Minimum flat freight and clearing charges from 0Kg to 2Kg orders

IF your item is weighing 0-2kg we charge you $25 ONLY

UK FLAT RATE -1KG - 14,000

CHINA -MINIMUM KG -10KG 

• All freight leaves every THURSDAYS, it takes 5/7 business days, start counting from Mondays 
• Warehouse is closed Saturdays and Sundays, there is no one to receive goods weekends.
• Kindly Declare your high valued items above 200 pounds and $200 above, failure to do so before sending to the warehouse will result to invalid claim
• We don't ship Gadget from the UK
• SHIPPING OF GADGETS and other Electronics from the USA: Before sending to our warehouse, We need your International passport that matches with the name on the invoice. 
• Ensure you send us tracking number and receipt of purchased item once your order is sent to our warehouse FAILURE TO DO SO WE WILL NOT BE HELD LIABLE.
• Address your parcel as instructed when you request for shipping address.
• ADDRESS YOUR USA PACKAGE WITH GRANBELLEZIKA-- YOUR FIRST NAME  (FAILURE TO DO SO,PACKAGE WILL BE REJECTED UPON ARRIVAL
   FAILURE TO DO SO WE WILL NOT BE HELD LIABLE for any delays or missing packages. 
• Shipment confirmation from us takes up to 2/3 working days, due to negligence of most delivery courier in the USA and UK, please make sure you confirm your shipment with us, when they send you a delivery confirmation, We will not be held responsible if you don't confirm your shipment with us 
• Kindly refer to your seller or your parcel carrier incase your item was not received by us, we are only responsible for shipment that was confirmed by us, not the ones confirmed from the carrier or delivery company.
• kindly ensure your package was signed for upon delivery 
•  We consolidate goods for a maximum of two weeks, after this period a demurrage charge of N300 per day will be added to your invoice daily
• waybill charges are to be covered by the clients, we exclusively use GIG,ABC for outside Lagos. 
• For high value items, PHONES LAPTOP ETC ensure you send us an invoice as soon as your order ships to our warehouse
• There is an extra Charge FOR Lithium battery charge on items with batteries. Example cameras, phones and laptop sets
• Dimensional weight applies to volumetric shipment/parcels. If your item has a big carton, it has volume  please contact customer service about dimensional weight.
• please note that pallet weight are added to all shipments based on their weight
• We only issue credit notes 
• packages left in our warehouse in LAGOS,US,UK for more than 90days will be confiscated
